The Sr. UX Designer will own and evolve the design system for the Awarded.AI platform, ensuring consistency across user touchpoints. They will lead user research efforts and collaborate with product and engineering teams to create intuitive AI-native user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the design system and design philosophy for the Awarded.AI platform
- Lead the organization's Figma practices, establishing best practices, design patterns, and implementation workflows
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis
- Design AI-native user experiences that make complex AI capabilities accessible and intuitive for users
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification
- Extensive experience designing for SaaS environments at growth-stage companies, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proven expertise in Figma, including advanced features like design systems, component libraries, prototyping, and collaborative workflows
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research capabilities, including qualitative and quantitative research methods, user journey mapping, and usability testing
