Senior UX Designer, Bordeaux, France XR Labs office

The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for optimizing the user experience of Qualcomm's XR products, focusing on quality and usability. This role includes designing customer experiences, translating user requirements, and participating in usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Designing a superior customer experience and learn about customer and user-centered design
• Translating user requirements into meaningful and engaging experiences, taking into account business requirements, company strategy, and technical capabilities and constraints.
• Creating engaging, highly usable designs and layouts
• Conceptualizing, validating and implementing new product features
• Analyze requirements together with Project Owners
• Cooperate with developers in agile, interdisciplinary teams
• Organize and participate in usability testing

Requirements

• University degree in Design, Cognitive Science, Computer Science or Engineering with focus on user interface design and development.
• Professional experience in the field of user interface design (Adobe XD, Figma).
• Experience in the process of user-centered design and using corporate design systems.
• Several years of working experience and an outstanding portfolio showcasing UX work for mobile, desktop or touch devices; experience with the latest tools for design and prototyping
