As a UX Designer, you will drive user-centered design by conducting research and creating user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementations and champion user insights.
Responsibilities
- Drive User-Centered Design: Conduct research and gather insights from product teams, global stakeholders, SMEs, customers, and end users
- Create Exceptional Experiences: Develop journey maps, wireframes, and process flows to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Lead Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a robust design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all products
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate designs into seamless, high-quality implementations
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and user-centered design process
- Proven research expertise and ability to conduct user research
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and collaboration tools
- Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, grid systems, and design trends
