- Lead the UX strategy and governance of the design system, which powers digital experiences across EF's global businesses
- Ensure Figma libraries and Site Builder tool deliver exceptional, accessible, and consistent user experiences worldwide
- Explore how emerging technologies and AI can shape the future of design workflows and digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design innovation and excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design, particularly in leading design systems and governance
- Strong expertise in Figma and design tools
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to drive innovation and creativity in design solutions
