The Staff Product Designer will lead design projects by collaborating with business, engineering, and product teams to address customer problems. They will also be responsible for establishing product vision and roadmap, as well as mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop product vision and roadmap
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Mentor junior designers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, industrial design, HCI, computer science, or psychology
- 8+ years of experience in product design
- Excellent portfolio showcasing design skills
- Ability to use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe
