- Pilot the vision UX globally for digital products
- Encadrer and grow a team of UX/UI designers
- Define and guarantee the quality of user journeys
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align user needs with business objectives
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX Design, with significant experience in lead or management
- Master's degree or higher
- Mastery of UX methods, design tools, and prototyping tools
- Experience in agile environments and collaborative work
