Staff Product Designer, CRM & Mobile

Juniper Square is seeking a highly experienced and autonomous Staff Product Designer to join their team, driving standards across their mobile application and holding a key leadership role within their CRM product domain.
Responsibilities
- Elevate the Craft: Mentor, provide constructive critique, and set strategic design direction for peer designers and product teams
- Own the Mobile Standards Strategy: Define the long-term design standards and architecture for the entire mobile application
- Contribute to CRM Product Strategy: Join the CRM domain and contribute to product visioning and strategy
- System Architecture & Governance (Cross-Platform): Act as the governor and primary contributor for all new mobile patterns in the design system
- High-Fidelity Execution: Produce a high volume of high-quality design work
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer
- Expert-level experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
- Proven experience driving design for a complex B2B/Enterprise SaaS product
- Deep mastery of modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and operate autonomously
