Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging experiences for users across web and mobile platforms. This includes conducting user research, creating user personas, and collaborating with product managers and developers to implement designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours
• Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual consistency and design quality
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX projects
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong experience with UX design for B2B oriented products and corporate solutions
• Experience with UX design for MIS systems
• Strong understanding of user-cantered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
