The Lead Product Designer will contribute to the design, documentation, and maintenance of reusable UI elements for LSEG Workspace. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure the design system supports diverse workflows and drives adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Designing and documenting reusable UI elements, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards
- Maintaining and evolving Figma libraries
- Supporting the development of design tokens and multi-theme systems
- Collaborating with product designers, engineers, and product managers
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
- At least 3 years focused on design systems in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in Figma, including component architecture, design tokens, and multi-theme systems
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
