Senior Product Designer (2-Year Term Position)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will focus on critical user problems and propose innovative solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will operate across the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality implementation.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the most critical user problems, bringing clarity to ambiguous spaces and proposing innovative, evidence-based solutions
• Rapidly explore and refine ideas: produce process flows, user journeys, service maps, wireframes, interaction models, visual design mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Partner closely with engineering and product management to shape scope, build cross-functional alignment, and ensure high-quality implementation

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a UX/UI or Product Design role with a strong track record of leading complex or cross-team initiatives
• Ability to drive work end-to-end — from shaping ambiguous problem spaces and defining direction to delivering polished, production-ready solutions with clear rationale

Key Skills

• Expertise designing for multi-platform ecosystems (iOS, Android, responsive web) and making platform-aware decisions
• Proven experience evolving, governing, and contributing to design systems at scale
• Strong command of user research practices, including unmoderated testing tools
