The Product Designer II will design and improve the Luciq Web Dashboard and Mobile SDK experiences, focusing on usability and clarity. They will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, shape solutions, and support implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve Luciq Web Dashboard and Mobile SDK experiences with a strong focus on usability and clarity
- Work through design problems end-to-end: understanding user needs, exploring concepts, creating user flows, and delivering clean UI designs
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, shape solutions, and support smooth implementation
- Participate in user research and usability testing with the UXR team and iterate based on insights
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving Luciq’s design system with the design team
- Produce prototypes and test design options through short iterations
- Deliver clear handoff specifications and collaborate with developers for high-quality execution
- Identify usability gaps and propose improvements aligned with product and business goals
Requirements
- +3 years of experience designing web and mobile product interfaces
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end workflows, problem-solving skills, and high-fidelity UI
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability best practices
- Good knowledge of user research and usability testing methods
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
- Ability to deliver clear handoff documentation and work closely with developers
- Good communication skills, with the ability to present design decisions clearly
- Self-driven, proactive, and structured working style in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with design systems
