Junior Product Designer (f/m/x) – Corporate Bank Technology - Commercial Banking Online

You will analyze business requirements and user needs, translating them into user experiences that support product development. Additionally, you will design and prototype user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and user needs, translating them into well-crafted user experiences
- Support research activities, including user interviews and usability testing (in-person and remote)
- Design and prototype user-friendly, accessible interfaces for mobile and web apps
- Collaborate with developers and team members to review and deliver high-quality applications
- Support and maintain the design system, contributing to its evolution over time
Requirements
- A few years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI or product design
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Familiarity with Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and agile methodologies
- Portfolio that showcases expertise in user-centered design and ability to solve problems with precision
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn, experiment, and grow within a collaborative team setting
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- German language skills are a plus
