The Product Designer II will own and lead full design cycles for features or product areas, translating requirements into clear, usable product features. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure designs balance usability with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead full design cycles for features or a product area, comfortable reaching out for guidance when needed
- Participate in design reviews and working sessions, helping the team develop effective and thoughtful solutions
- Translate requirements and ideas into clear, usable product features
- Contribute in design reviews and help refine solutions with the team
Requirements
- At least 4 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience
- Foundational design-related education (such as a Bachelor of Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, Industrial Design, or Communication), OR equivalent practical industry experience that demonstrates a strong design mindset
