The Senior Product Designer will lead the design process for B2C Mortgage Finder products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. They will champion user-centered design practices and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end design process for our B2C Mortgage Finder products and services
- Champion customer needs and advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the product development process
- Lead cross-functional design activities, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking
- Contribute to design strategy for the B2C product suite, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across web and mobile platforms
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design, user experience, or a similar role
- Strong expertise in product discovery, user experience design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
- Experience in using data and research to drive design decisions
- Strategic thinking and ability to think strategically about design's role in achieving business goals and user needs
