As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design process for B2B and B2C products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will champion user-centered design practices and contribute to the overall design strategy for the business unit.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for the business unit’s products (both B2B and B2C), including problem discovery, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and final delivery
- Champion consumer needs and advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the product development process
- Work closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to deliver top-quality products
- Lead cross-functional design activities, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design, user experience, or a similar role
- Strong expertise in product discovery, user experience design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
- Experience in using data and research to drive design decisions
- Ability to think strategically about design’s role in achieving business goals and user needs
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for building relationships and working effectively within cross-functional teams
- Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders
- Experience in mentoring and guiding other designers, with a passion for helping team members grow their skills and careers
