Product Designer, LTX (FTC, Maternity cover)

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and fellow Designers to bring ideas from concept to polished implementation. Your role includes designing intuitive end-to-end product experiences and contributing to the design system.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive end-to-end product experiences – from user flows and wireframes to prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• Partner with Product and Engineering to make thoughtful decisions based on impact, user needs, and scope
• Take part in user research and usability testing, using insights to refine and validate your work
• Contribute to our design system and help maintain a high visual and interaction quality across the product
• Collaborate with other designers, sharing feedback and supporting a healthy, creative design culture

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably tools or platforms with strong UX complexity
• Experience owning end-to-end design for features or product areas
• A portfolio showing strong interaction design, product thinking, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
