As the Lead Product Designer, you will design tools and experiences for Credit Upgrade consultants and build systems to support a larger client base. You will work across various product surfaces to create intuitive flows and scalable workflows.
Responsibilities
- Designing features that turn expert credit guidance into structured workflows
- Building tools that support day-to-day consultant workflows
- Partnering with operations and consultants to understand workflows
- Creating clear and motivating onboarding flows
- Defining and running iterations grounded in user insights
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Strong examples of complex workflows, internal tools, or system-level design
- Deep proficiency in Figma
- Strong UX fundamentals
