The Junior Graphic Designer will create high-quality, on-brand creative assets for various marketing deliverables. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing multiple projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Asset Creation: Design and produce graphics for social media, web banners, email campaigns, presentations, packaging, and sales/marketing collateral
- Brand Adherence: Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines, including colours, typography, and layout principles
- Feedback & Iteration: Implement revisions promptly and accurately based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders
- Digital Production: Prepare production-ready files for a variety of digital and print formats
- Asset Management: Maintain and organise digital asset libraries to ensure efficient workflow and version control
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, copywriters, and visual content teams (photography and video) to support campaign objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, or a closely related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Ability to create assets for both digital channels and print formats
- Confident understanding of visual hierarchy, grids, balance, and alignment for layout and composition
- Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines consistently
