The Associate Graphic Designer will create and edit various visual materials while maintaining brand standards. They will collaborate with senior designers and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit a variety of visual materials, including social media graphics, web graphics, digital ads, email campaigns, fact sheets, articles, logos, brochures, whitepapers, ebooks and presentations
- Apply and maintain brand standards, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all marketing collateral and platforms
- Have experience working with typography, layout, photo editing, and illustration
- Work closely with senior designers and other team members to understand project requirements and execute designs
- Incorporate constructive feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs
- Ensure that all client or team specifications are met and free of any errors
- Prepare files for both digital deployment and print production
- Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring all project deadlines are met
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of graphic design experience
- Completion of graphic design or related degree from an accredited institution
- Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on PowerPoint
- B2B experience would be an added advantage
- Experience with video editing, HTML and CSS would be an added advantage
