As a Digital Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end user experience of the My BASE App, translating customer needs into intuitive flows. You will analyze user behavior and app performance to identify pain points and improve usability.
Responsibilities
- Analyse user behaviour and app performance using research and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Design and validate optimized user flows and journeys that increase usability, reduce friction, and align with business objectives
- Conduct user research or experiments, analyze the input, translate it towards insights and connect the dots into sharp conclusions and recommendations
- Communicate and justify the impact of design work to stakeholders
- Directly collaborate with the product manager, UI designer, business analysts, functional analysts, developers and testers, in a hybrid team set-up
- Contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across channels
Requirements
- Strong customer empathy and ability to identify with mobile app users
- Strong understanding of general best practices of UX/UI, with a focus on UX
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in digital product design and UX design
- Ability to work with data and insights to inform design decisions
- Proficient in using components from established design systems, templates, and guidelines
- Willingness to quickly learn, adapt and grow design skills
- Experience designing mobile applications is a strong plus
- Create designs and flows using industry tools like Figma
- Fluent in English and thrive well in an agile environment
