The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for end-to-end design for key features, delivering high-quality user flows, concepts, prototypes, and design documentation. They will also mentor junior designers and ensure quality in design outcomes while balancing user needs with business goals.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end design for key features, from concept to delivery
- Deliver high-quality user flows, concepts, prototypes, and design documentation
- Facilitate design workshops and help shape design outcomes
- Mentor junior designers and review work to ensure quality
- Balance user needs with business goals in all design decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience in product or UX design
- Expert knowledge of Figma, including advanced features
- Skilled in UX architecture, interaction design, UI design, and scalable design systems
- Effective communicator and storyteller, able to clearly articulate design rationale
- Experienced in cross-platform products, including native iOS and Android
