The Product Designer will own end-to-end design for a squad, from discovery to polished UI and engineer handoff. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems and deliver high-quality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for a squad
- Design efficient, intuitive flows
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other designers
- Build interactive prototypes
- Experiment with new tools and technologies
- Support or run user research and usability testing
- Partner with front-end and mobile engineers
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, interaction design, and refined visual craft
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Good understanding of front-end principles
- A curious, collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Strong communication skills
