The Product Designer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user flows and produce high-fidelity designs. They will also analyze feature performance and user feedback to iterate post-launch.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Engineers, and Client Services
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and discovery exercises
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, UI layouts, and high-fidelity designs
- Maintain and evolve a high standard of visual design
- Ensure new designs meet accessibility best practices and usability principles
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio
- Mastery of foundational UI systems
- Able to build interfaces that are structurally consistent & visually appealing
- Understands how design decisions translate to development
Key Skills
- UI systems

- Understanding of layout, spacing, motion, and typography
