Graphic Designer

Tocaro Blue is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, visually compelling designs across various media, including digital, print, and promotional materials
• Work collaboratively across the Tocaro Blue team to help iterate and conceptualize technical R&D concepts for internal sharing and socialization
• Quick iteration and responsiveness for creative and task requests
• Uphold and evolve the brand, ensuring consistency across all design materials
• Work closely with marketing, production, and executive teams to support campaigns, sales collateral, and special projects
• Track projects using project management software and utilize departmental scorecard to ensure accountability for meeting performance targets
• Handle multiple design projects and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable receiving and applying feedback constructively and with a growth mindset
• Values iteration and teamwork to continually improve the quality and impact of designs openly with cross-functional teams to evolve designs based on shared goals
• Approach creative challenges with innovative solutions that align with company objectives

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, etc) or equivalent
• A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating experience in various design disciplines, preferably with automotive, marine, defense, or related industries
• Strong communication, time management, and adaptability skills; able to work both independently and within a team
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, etc) or equivalent
