You will own and lead design and research on product initiatives in Contract Workflow and related areas. Key responsibilities include shipping world-class features, conducting user research, and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Ship world-class features with world-class experiences to customers
- Deeply understand customer and user base and design best-in-class solutions
- Rapidly design, build, and deploy prototypes, wireframes, and product designs
- Conduct and lead user research on design initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a UX Designer
- 3+ years of experience developing AI or complex workflow functionality
- Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) Design principles and methodologies
- Technical skills and ability to understand the technical lift and implications of designs
