The UI/UX Designer will lead the user experience and visual design for a web-based platform, collaborating with product owners and engineers to create intuitive interfaces. Key tasks include driving UX strategy, creating design specifications, and conducting user research.
Responsibilities
- Product UX Strategy: Drive end-to-end UX vision for various modules
- Interaction & Interface Design: Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and interaction behaviors
- Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with React UI developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Usability & Research: Conduct user research sessions, usability testing, and workflow studies
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing work on complex web platforms
- Expertise in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
- Technical Understanding of React component architecture and TypeScript-driven front-end applications
- Enterprise Product UX experience designing UX for technical/enterprise applications
- Collaboration & Communication skills
