Tarro is seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer to join their creative team, taking the lead on designing direct mailers, digital ads, and sales enablement materials.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging direct mail pieces, from concept to final production, that balance brand identity, visual impact, and clarity
- Develop and execute creative concepts (in digital, print, and OOH) for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual designs
- Create illustrations that enhance our storytelling and (as needed) evolve them into dynamic animations that add visual interest and engagement to our web pages
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design or creative management
- Extensive experience in digital and print design, including web design (specifically in Webflow is ideal), social media, and advertising
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
