Designer

A company is looking for a UX Designer with experience in UX design, web development, and data science or analytics environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists, data analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate analytical outputs into user-friendly designs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web applications that visualize and present model results
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback
• Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web applications using modern web technologies
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems across all digital products
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions
• Stay current with UX best practices, design trends, and web development technologies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer and Web Developer
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Portfolio demonstrating both UX design and web development projects
• Experience with enterprise web applications and complex workflows
• Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js)
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices
• Experience with Agile Methodology and tools (JIRA or Rally)
