Product Design Specialist

We are looking for a product designer to drive exceptional digital experiences from idea to execution, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive product design from discovery through delivery, using Figma to create high-quality, intuitive, and accessible designs
- Partner with product and engineering throughout agile development cycles to ensure user needs and design intent are met
- Lead user research effortsâconducting testing, analyzing feedback, and transforming insights into actionable requirements
- Incorporate AI and automation where appropriate to improve product efficiency, experience, and outcomes
- Advocate for inclusive, human-centered design practices and contribute to shared design systems, tools, and team rituals
Requirements
- 2â4 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or similar roles
- Fluency in Figma and experience with modern design systems
- Comfort working end-to-endâfrom research to wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
- An understanding of how AI and automation can inform and enhance user workflows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
