Superhuman is seeking a UX researcher to lead research for the company's innovative Agents team and directly influence the development and strategic direction of products.
Responsibilities
- Lead research for Superhuman's innovative Agents team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical business questions and apply rigorous methodological approaches
- Uncover actionable insights about current and potential Superhuman users
- Foster a culture of human-centered, data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in user experience, applied research, and product research and development
- Experience designing, moderating, and analyzing qualitative research
- Experience designing, launching, and analyzing rapid quantitative research
- Experience translating research findings into strategic narratives
