As a Senior Packaging Graphic Designer, you will lead the graphic direction of packaging, creating an elevated unboxing experience. You will collaborate with structural design, Studio, and UX teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Turn packaging into a brand experience customers look forward to
- Develop packaging graphics that align with campaigns, product launches, and evolving brand identity
- Create and refine unboxing stories through layout, color, and tactile elements
- Prepare print-ready files and manage supplier handoffs with technical accuracy
- Stay ahead of packaging trends in material, color, and sustainability
- Contribute to visual consistency across all packaging systems
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in packaging design, with a portfolio of premium consumer-facing work
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and mockup tools
- Deep understanding of print production, materials, finishes, and file prep
- Experience working directly with suppliers and printers across global markets
- Strong typographic skills and an eye for storytelling through layout
