As the Senior Product Designer, you will shape the product experience, including the website and a data-heavy SaaS platform. You will be involved in the entire design process, from customer interviews to collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end feature design
- Communicate clear, well-reasoned design decisions
- Lead qualitative and quantitative user research
- Bring customer empathy into UX decisions
- Design clear, intuitive data-heavy workflows
- Set the foundation for the design practice
- Lead and evolve the design system
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong design perspective and portfolio
- Experience with data-heavy, B2B products
- Ability to communicate clearly and present work to stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
Key Skills
- Strong design perspective
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience with Figma and other design tools
