Ux Designer

The UX Designer will engage with product management, research & design, and engineering teams to understand problems and explore opportunities through design thinking workshops. They will create various design artifacts such as journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to validate solutions and improve product experiences based on customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Engage with product management, research & design, and engineering in design thinking workshops to understand the problems and explore opportunities
- Create journey maps, service blueprints, storyboards, concept decks, wireframes, and low & high-fidelity prototypes to explore and validate solutions
- Partner with the same teams to plan out customer research and design validation, iterate on and improve the design’s effectiveness
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience pursuing user-centered design methodologies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience leading and delivering comprehensive and elegant end-to-end solutions
- Experience with Sketch, Figma, User Experience, and Visual design
