Senior UX Designer

Lead the design of digital products and marketing collateral while ensuring alignment with brand image and business results. Collaborate with project teams and engineering to advocate for user needs and drive strategic UX recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to design brand-defining digital products, marketing emails, in-house communications, and other digital collateral
- Proactively push our design practice and approach forward by nurturing new ideas from concept to execution
- Foster a healthy culture of design criticism and learning by having an active voice in cross-functional design reviews
- Interact with Product owners to understand business needs
- Leverage existing data and customer trends to inform UX recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience leading and delivering comprehensive and elegant end-to-end solutions
- Hands-on experience guiding team members and stakeholders through your vision and UX strategies
