Senior Product Designer Owned Brand Home | Furniture & Lighting

Lead the design and development of furniture and lighting products, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and market needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product research, concepting, and line development.
Responsibilities
- Lead Owned Brand product design and development for furniture and lighting categories.
- Design full lines that support specific categories, brands, or guest segments.
- Drive and lead product research, concepting, and line development for furniture and lighting.
- Create compelling design concepts through 3D modeling, rendering, hand sketching, rapid iterative ideation, and AI-assisted visualization.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional design experience, preferably in furniture, lighting, or related 3D physical product categories.
- Advanced skills in 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, Blender, or similar).
Key Skills
- 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, Blender, or similar).
- Rapid sketching and visualization skills.
- Deep understanding of materials, finishes, furniture/lighting construction, and large-scale product manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
