Lead product design for core product experiences and new feature development while defining holistic user journeys and workflows. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design for core product experiences and new feature development
- Define holistic user journeys and system-wide workflows
- Design solutions that scale across highly specialized user groups
- Drive end-to-end user research
- Build and iterate prototypes
- Utilize, evolve, and extend the company's design system
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of full-time product design experience
- A strong portfolio of relevant design work
- Experience designing analytics, reporting, or process-automation workflows and interfaces
- End-to-end ownership of meaningful features or product surfaces
- Experience independently running user research
