Design the next generation brand experience for HubSpotâs customers, focusing on the brand settings experience. Lead complex design initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to elevate product quality.
Responsibilities
- Design the Next Gen 'brand' experience for HubSpot's customers
- Translate customer insights, data, and research into clear product experiences
- Shape product strategy by defining problem spaces and identifying opportunities
- Develop design frameworks, systems, and patterns that raise quality and improve consistency
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing digital products end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft, interaction design, and problem-solving
- Strong ability to synthesize data, user insights, and business goals into coherent design strategies
- Experience influencing product direction and driving alignment across multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills
Key Skills
- High-craft skills in interaction design and systems thinking
- Experience working with large-scale design systems or platforms
- Familiarity with experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative testing
