UX Designer - Mobile Applications

The UX Designer will develop and refine user-centered experiences across digital touchpoints, including mobile apps and web. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Support UX design efforts on mid-sized projects, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms
- Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to communicate design intent
- Partner with UX researchers to analyze user data and translate findings into actionable design improvements
- Conduct experience audits, competitive/comparative analysis, and confirm that design proposals are meeting market expectations
- Develop and refine information architecture and user flows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field OR equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience working within an Agile development process
- Strong ability to balance user needs with business objectives
