Product Designer

You will lead the design process for major features, from initial product thinking to high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineers and product teams to define product strategy and ensure high-quality implementation of the design vision.

Responsibilities

• Own Features End-to-End: Lead the design process for major features, from initial product thinking and user exploration to pixel-perfect visual design and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Design Novel Interactions: Go beyond static screens. You will design and prototype fluid, novel interactions for a new medium, taking complex AI concepts and making them feel intuitive and powerful.
• Uphold a High Bar for Craft: Create exceptionally high-quality visual designs, interactions, and prototypes, demonstrating world-class taste and an obsession with detail.
• Define Product Strategy: Collaborate closely with engineers, AI researchers, and product teams to explore new use cases, help define product strategy, and ensure high-quality implementation of the design vision.
• Thrive in Ambiguity: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, turning fuzzy research concepts into concrete, shippable products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building delightful and innovative products at scale.
• A strong generalist with demonstrated excellence across all three pillars: visual design, interaction design, and product thinking.
• A portfolio that includes high-fidelity, interactive prototypes built in tools like Figma, Framer, or Origami.
• An exceptional ability to articulate your design vision and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.
