UX Designer (Rakuten Senior Business) - Marketing Division

Lead the end-to-end UX design process for Rakuten Senior's products and services, from upstream planning to execution, utilizing the Human-Centered Design (HCD) process and promoting user-centered design with a focus on accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Human-Centered Design (HCD) process to deeply understand the characteristics and needs of the senior demographic
• Promote user-centered design with a focus on accessibility
• Leverage design guidelines from Google and Apple to improve UX and UI
• Contribute to enhanced business outcomes, user satisfaction, and loyalty

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX or UI design
• Experience utilizing the Human-Centered Design (HCD) process in design
• Proven track record of contributing to business outcomes through UX/UI improvements
• Knowledge and practical experience in accessibility (e.g., WCAG, ARIA, color vision accessibility)
