Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer at Tacto, transforming complex supply chain challenges into intuitive user experiences, driving adoption and customer success. The designer will own the end-to-end design process for key product areas, translating user research into thoughtful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep insight into users' workflows, pain points, and mental models through research and customer engagement
• Lead the design process from problem definition to delivery, creating user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define problems, prioritize solutions, and ensure seamless implementation
• Leverage and contribute to the existing design system, ensuring consistent experiences across the product

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Strong UX fundamentals with polished UI execution
• Proficient with modern design tools, particularly Figma
• Effective communication skills in English (German is a plus but not required)
