Benchling is seeking an experienced Product Designer to design the Process Development product, enabling scientists to scale recipe design, experiment planning, batch execution, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to define product strategy, scope, and prioritization
- Own the design for high-impact initiatives from research, concepts, wireframing, mockups, through to implementation
- Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly to validate product directions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience driving the design of software products
- A strong portfolio of relevant design work
- Track record of working with and simplifying complex product architectures or workflows
- Experience contributing to a design system for complex software products
