As a Senior UX Designer, you will shape digital service experiences and drive research and design processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and unified service across all customer interaction points.
Responsibilities
- Drive design processes and be proactive
- Create and maintain consistent and unified services across all points of interaction with customers
- Ensure that all touch points are well-integrated and seamlessly connected
Requirements
- Relevant higher education
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Experience working with complex systems in large organisations
- Deep knowledge and experience within UX (and UI)
