Senior Product Designer Designer - Guest UX Design

Contribute to UX strategy by applying design expertise and advocating for guest needs through research insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-quality end-to-end experiences.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX strategy within your product team by applying strong craft expertise and helping shape design direction
- Pursue user-centric outcomes by advocating for guest needs through research insights, design rationale, and clear storytelling
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and other partners to support the design of high-quality end-to-end experiences
- Create design deliverables appropriate to each phase of the process, including journey maps, wireframes, flows, visual/UI design, and prototypes
- Partner with and support junior designers by sharing best practices, feedback, and craft guidance
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant product design work
- Intermediate skills in UX and product design
- Proficiency in product design and prototyping tools (i.e., Figma)
