Product Designer

The Product Designer will refine user flows and interactions, create visually appealing designs, and oversee multiple projects autonomously. They will also collaborate with teams to produce high-fidelity wireframes and mock-ups while championing user experience and accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Refine user flows and interactions using design thinking methodologies
- Create visually appealing, user-friendly digital and print visual designs
- Oversee multiple projects autonomously, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and style guides
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital design, human-centered design, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in visual design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, Lucid, or similar tools
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of WCAG web standards and digital accessibility
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML
