The Product Designer will contribute to the evolution of the Sophia platform through user research, product strategy, and design delivery. They will also be involved in continuous improvement and the integration of AI into design processes.
Responsibilities
- Research and strategy: Define and conduct user research, prioritize features
- Design and delivery: Create product designs, prototypes, and test them
- Follow-up and improvement: Analyze usage, propose corrections and improvements
- Design system and practices: Master and enrich the design system, promote a culture of design
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer
- Excellent mastery of design tools, particularly Figma
- Strong appetite for business and product issues
- Knowledge of Agile methods
