Product Designer II, Customer Value

The Product Designer II will partner with various teams to identify and ship impactful solutions for customer expectations and member experiences. They will design user interfaces for AI-driven care journeys, focusing on transparency and trust.
Responsibilities
- Designing cohesive experiences to help members get the best, personalized care
- Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Member Growth teams
- Identifying friction points in the member and provider experience
- Designing the user interface and interaction patterns for AI-driven journey to care
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design capacity at a technology-driven organization
- Portfolio work that demonstrates experience transforming product objectives into solutions
- Impact-driven mindset
- Collaboration and communication skills
- Strong communication skills for articulating, discussing, and advocating for design decisions
