Product Designer II, Customer Value

Spring Health is seeking a Product Designer II to join the Customer Value team to build a broad set of experiences to help members, customers, and internal teams. The designer will create cohesive experiences to help members get the best, personalized care powered by our clinical intelligence engine.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Member Growth teams to identify and ship meaningful and measurable impact
• Identify friction points in the member and provider experience and design high-quality solutions
• Design the user interface and interaction patterns for our AI-driven journey to care focusing on transparency, trust, and explainability
• Help everyone across the organization understand design decisions and progress through high-quality documentation and guidance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design capacity at a technology-driven organization
• Impact-driven portfolio work that demonstrates experience transforming product objectives into solutions
• Collaboration and communication experience partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science
• Strong communication skills for articulating, discussing, and advocating for design decisions
• Team-player mindset

Key Skills

• Expertise with Figma and prototyping
• Excellent product, interaction, and visual design
• Understanding of latest accessibility and usability standards
• Comfortable using and contributing to Design Systems
