The UX Writer will create user-friendly interface copy for various products, ensuring a seamless user experience. This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders to enhance product usability from onboarding to post-order care.
Responsibilities
- Help create the best possible user experience for people using our products
- Take ownership of a key UX writing resource, such as the style guide or termbank, ensuring it is regularly updated and fit for purpose
- Get to grips with our tone of voice and act as an ambassador for it
- Build a network of contacts across the business and be an advocate for good UX copy
- Contribute to the team's ways of working and help shape its future
Requirements
- At least three years' relevant experience under your belt
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across the business
- Passion for writing and helping people with a few well-chosen words
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, projects, and deadlines at once
