UX Researcher, Enterprise Applications

The UX Researcher will plan and execute user research studies while collaborating with cross-functional partners. They will leverage various research methods to answer questions and support design and product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing user research studies, working with cross-functional partners
• Leveraging a variety of research methods, including literature reviews, usability tests, qualitative interviews, surveys, and others, to answer research questions and support design and product decisions
• Analyzing qualitative & quantitative data
• Communicating findings from the study to research leads and other stakeholders, in impactful and actionable ways

Requirements

• BA/BS in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, etc), Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design or related field or, in lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an applied research role, with a demonstrated ability to distill research findings into concise insights and reports
• Understanding of strengths and shortcomings of multiple research methods
• Knowledge of basic statistical concepts preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
